These are the provider and contact details for this website under § 5 of the German Digital Services Act (DDG). In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Ciya Petekkaya.

Who these services are for

Our services are currently offered only to customers acting for their business, trade or professional work. This includes self-employed people buying for their business. We do not currently offer these services for personal consumer purchases.

Browsing the site or sending an enquiry does not place an order. The agreed project scope, quote and any individually agreed terms set out the work you choose to buy. Individual agreements take precedence over standard terms, and mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Your free, private website preview

We prepare a brochure-style website that introduces your business and services. It is shared privately for your review, rather than published as a live website serving your customers. Your existing website and accounts remain unchanged during this stage.

Preparation and review require no upfront payment and no commitment to buy. Your seven-day review starts on the day we send the first private preview link. If you need longer, you can request an extension; we agree any revised dates with you.

Changes included in the review

Basic and medium-complexity changes within the brochure-site scope are free during review. These can include correcting business information, changing text, images or layouts, and adding information pages for your services. We can also explore a different design direction.

Larger features, such as an online shop, a full booking system or a customer-management application, are separate work. Other digital services are also scoped and quoted separately. Additional paid work requires an agreement on its scope and price.

Your quote and decision

After the review, we provide an individual quote for the website and work you need. You have three days to consider it. If the review period changes, we confirm the updated quotation and decision timing.

Before you buy, the quote and project agreement identify the deliverables, website price, recurring hosting, any optional maintenance, applicable taxes, separately agreed third-party costs, payment arrangements and delivery details.

The sample invoice shown on the site is an illustration, not a price list or an offer for your project. Example websites are design concepts, not customer projects or a promise of a particular business result.

The preview never becomes a paid order automatically. Silence or an unanswered reminder does not accept a quote, create a payment obligation or start a subscription.

Approval and publication

We publish your website only after you explicitly approve the final version and purchase, and pay the agreed amount. The domain, required access, handover and launch arrangements are agreed before publication. No fixed completion or launch date applies unless agreed for your project.

Please provide accurate business information and materials you are entitled to share. We confirm important content with you before publication. Rights to the agreed deliverables, handover items and any separately licensed material are set out in your project agreement; third-party materials retain their applicable licence conditions.

Hosting, maintenance and moving your site

Hosting has a recurring charge while your website is hosted with us. Its billing period and the arrangements for ending or moving the service are stated in your agreement. Maintenance is optional, with its scope and cost agreed separately; buying the website does not require a maintenance package.

You may move your website to another provider. Handover and migration arrangements are agreed for the project. Hosting charges to us do not continue once the website has moved away; services you choose with another provider have their own terms and costs.

We correct errors caused by our work without charge, whether or not you buy maintenance. New features, expanded scope and separate services are quoted separately. Your statutory rights in relation to the work remain unaffected.

If you decide not to buy

You owe nothing for preparing the preview, reviewing it or making the included free changes. The preview closes, and you are welcome to contact us again later. A polite follow-up does not create an obligation to proceed.

If you decline, we remove the private preview from the internet and delete the draft website and its assets. This concerns the website draft; separate enquiry, contractual or legally required records are handled as explained in the Privacy policy.

Questions and project-specific arrangements

If anything about the scope, quote or service is unclear, contact contact@robinbyte.com before deciding. A change to the scope or paid arrangements needs to be agreed; publishing an updated version of this page does not by itself change an existing individual agreement.
