What do you need from me to start building my website?
We start with information we find about your business on the internet, so you do not need to prepare anything. We check important details with you later. You can also share photos, links or ideas, but this is optional.
What is included in my free website preview?
We create a private website that introduces your business and shows what you offer. During your 7-day review, we can change the text, pictures and page design, add pages with information about your business, or try a different design.
There is no charge for preparing the website or for any work we do during these 7 days. There’s still nothing to pay.
Larger additions, such as a shop where customers can buy products, are not part of the free preview. We explain how much these would add to the website price before you decide whether to buy.
How long do I have to look through my website?
You have 7 days, starting when we send you the first link to your website. Take your time to look through it and tell us what you would like changed. If you need more time, ask us about an extension.
How much will my website cost?
The price depends on what you need. After your review, we send you the website price, explain what it covers and tell you about any later costs. You then have 3 days to decide whether to buy the website. You only pay if you choose to buy it.
When can my customers use the website?
Your website stays private until you approve the finished version and pay the price we agreed on. We then make it available to your customers. Before you buy, we agree on your website address and when customers can start using it.
Will there be any costs after I buy the website?
Yes. There is a regular charge for keeping your website available to customers while we provide that service. We explain the amount and how often you pay before you buy.
You can also choose extra help with small text and picture changes, fixing problems and saving copies of your website in case something goes wrong. This help is optional, and we explain what it covers and what it costs before you decide. We fix our own mistakes even if you do not choose this extra help.
What if I decide not to buy the website?
You pay nothing for preparing the website or for any work we did during your 7-day review. We take down the website we prepared for you and delete all its files.
